1. Who we are

Workwear Global is a trading name operating from the United Kingdom, supplying blank and personalised workwear to businesses and consumers. Contact us at sales@workwearglobal.com.

2. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. Prices, VAT and quotes

• All prices are shown in GBP and can be displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
• UK VAT is charged at the standard rate (currently 20%) on all applicable orders.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors before an order is dispatched.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order — typically by dispatch confirmation email or, for personalised orders, by written approval of your artwork proof.

5. Personalised (custom-decorated) orders

• You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, sizes, quantities and colours submitted or approved.
• We supply an artwork proof for written approval before production begins.
• Once approved, personalised orders cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable except where faulty or supplied incorrectly (see our returns policy).
• Slight colour variation between screens, samples and finished garments is normal and not a defect.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates from dispatch, not order date. Full delivery options and pricing are set out on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on receipt of full payment.

7. Returns and cancellation

Consumers ordering blank (undecorated) goods have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to a free 30-day return window. Personalised goods are exempt from the right to cancel under Section 28 of those regulations. See our Free returns page for full details.

8. Payment

Payment is due at the point of order unless you have an approved business account. See Payment options for accepted methods. Late payments on business accounts may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

We warrant that goods will conform to their description and be free from material defects at the point of delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

You warrant that any logo, artwork or content supplied to us for decoration is either owned by you or used with the rights-holder's permission. You indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from artwork you supply.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy policy and applicable UK data protection law (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
