How do I get a bulk quote?

Every product page shows a live volume-discount table. For anything over 250 units, or if you'd like a proper written quote on letterhead, use the form on /bulk and we'll come back within one working day.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Blank samples are available on most core styles for a small holding fee that's refunded when your main order is placed. Ask us via the contact form or /bulk.

Do you take purchase orders (POs)?

Business accounts with agreed credit terms can pay by PO. Apply from /business — approval is usually 24–48 hours.

Can I save a uniform and reorder later?

Yes. Once signed in, any customised order is saved to your account as a re-orderable uniform. New starters take about two clicks.

Do you price-match?

We benchmark against like-for-like specification, not just headline price. If you've been quoted less for identical stock and identical decoration, share the quote — we'll do our best to match or explain the difference honestly.

How much does adding a logo cost?

Decoration is charged per logo position at a flat rate — £7.99 per position, regardless of quantity per line. Multiple positions on one garment stack.

Which decoration method should I choose?

Embroidery is best for chest logos on polos, softshells and jackets. Screen print or DTF is best for full-back or full-chest artwork, gradients and photographic images. We can advise on your specific artwork.

What file format do you need for artwork?

Vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal for embroidery and screen print. High-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 300dpi at print size) is fine for DTF. If you only have a low-res version, upload what you have and we'll come back if it needs redrawing.

Yes. In the customisation flow choose 'Email later' or 'Use logo on file' and we'll follow up.

Will I see a proof before you print anything?

Yes — always. Nothing is decorated until you've approved a digital proof showing exact size and placement.

Can you redraw or clean up my logo?

For most jobs, yes — light redraw is included. Complex redraws from scratch may attract a small artwork fee, quoted up front.

How do I know the sizes will fit?

Every product page lists brand-specific size charts in cm and inches. If you're kitting out a team, order a size set of blank samples first — cheaper than getting a run of 50 wrong.

Do you stock ladies-fit and unisex?

Most core styles are available in both. Look for the fit label on the variant selector — it will say Unisex, Modern, Classic or Ladies.

How much does delivery cost?

UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £49. Under that, standard delivery is a flat rate shown at checkout. Highlands, islands and international shipping are quoted at the basket.

Plain orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually ship the same day for next-working-day delivery to UK mainland.

Standard turnaround on decorated orders is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Rush is available on many jobs — ask us if you're on a tight deadline.

Yes. Every order shows a live status timeline on your account, and you can also track without logging in via /order-tracking using your order number and postcode.

Custom-decorated items are non-refundable unless faulty or misprinted against an approved proof — because they can't be resold. If anything is wrong on our side, we replace or refund without argument.

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund at your choice.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are actioned within 2 working days of the return arriving. Card refunds usually appear within 3–5 working days after that, depending on your bank.

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link — processed securely by Stripe. Approved business accounts can also pay by BACS on 30-day terms.
