The process

Four steps from your logo to your team

You upload once. We do the technical bit. You approve. We make it. That's genuinely the whole thing.

Step 1

Send us your logo

Drop any file you have — vector, PNG, even a photo of a sign.

You upload once. We keep the finished artwork on your account so every reorder uses the exact same file, at the exact same size, in the exact same place.

Step 2

Our studio preps it

We clean, colour-match and set it up for stitching or printing.

A real person checks every file. Backgrounds are removed, edges are tidied, thread and ink colours are matched to your brand, and the design is scaled correctly for the position you chose.

Step 3

You approve a proof

A visual proof lands in your inbox. Nothing runs until you say yes.

You'll see your logo on the actual garment, at the actual size, in the actual position, with the thread or ink colours listed. Approve it or ask for changes — as many times as you need, at no cost.

Step 4

We produce and ship

Decorated, checked, folded and on its way to your team.

Every garment is inspected before it's packed. Your approved artwork stays on file, so the next order is a two-click repeat.

No setup fees, no screen fees, no digitising fees — ever.A digital proof on every single decorated order, before production.Unlimited proof revisions until you're happy.Your finished artwork stored on your account for instant reorders.
Application methods

Stitched, or printed?

Five ways to get your brand onto a garment. The right one depends on the fabric, the artwork and how many you need — and if you'd rather not decide, we'll choose for you and show you on the proof.

Not sure?

Answer two questions

We'll point you at the method we'd pick for your job.

1. What are you branding?
2. How complex is the logo?
What it costs

From £6.39 a position — and it falls as you order more.

One charge per logo position, per garment, ex VAT. The rate drops automatically through our quantity ladder, and there are still no setup fees, no screen charges, no digitising fees and no minimum order.

Artwork guidelines

Send us whatever you've got

Genuinely — a vector file is ideal, but a photo of your van works too. Here's what makes the sharpest result, and what our studio will fix for you free of charge if your file isn't quite there.

Vector vs pixels

Zoom in and watch what happens.

Vector
Low-res pixels

Same logo, two file types. The vector holds its edges at any size — the pixel version falls apart the moment it's scaled up to a big back print.

Vector beats pixels, every time

A vector file is made of maths, not pixels, so it stays razor sharp whether it's 4cm on a chest or 30cm across a back. Saving a photo as a .ai or .pdf doesn't make it vector — it's still pixels in a different wrapper.

AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF exported from vector

If it has to be a pixel file, go big

PNG, JPG, TIF and PSD are fine for a lot of jobs — as long as the file is at least 300dpi at the size it'll actually be printed. A 200px logo pulled off a website will look soft and jagged on fabric.

Transparent, or nothing

A white box around your logo will print as a white box. Send a transparent PNG or a vector file — and if yours has a background, don't worry, our studio strips it for you before proofing.

Convert text to outlines

If your logo contains live type and we don't have the font installed, the letters will substitute and your brand will look wrong. Converting text to outlines (or curves, or paths) locks the shapes permanently.

Tell us your colours

Pantone references give the closest possible match across thread and ink. No Pantones? Hex or CMYK values are fine, and we'll match by eye and show you on the proof before anything is made.

Mind the minimum detail

Very fine lines and tiny text disappear once stitched — a needle can only be so small. As a rule, keep text above 5mm tall and lines above 1mm. We'll flag anything at risk on the proof.

Not print-ready? We redraw it for free. Most competitors charge £15–£25 for redraws and digitising — we don't charge a penny, and your finished artwork is stored on your account for every future order.

Positions

Where should the logo go?

Each item takes one position. Want a chest logo and a big back? Add the item twice and give each its own position — the basket keeps them together.

Left breast

8 × 8cm

The default for workwear. Understated, professional, works on virtually every garment.

Right breast

8 × 8cm

Usually paired with a left-breast logo — handy for a second brand or accreditation.

Big front

25 × 25cm

Maximum impact on t-shirts and hoodies. Great for events and campaigns.

Big back

30 × 30cm

The one people actually read on site. Ideal for a company name and phone number.

Nape of neck

8 × 4cm

Subtle branding just below the collar. Popular on premium teamwear.

Sleeve

8 × 6cm

A neat spot for a secondary mark, accreditation badge or website.

Care & FAQs

Looking after branded workwear

Decoration lasts as long as the garment if it's cared for properly. A few rules keep everything looking new.

Washing & care

  • Wash printed garments inside out at 30°C.
  • Never tumble dry printed items — heat and tumbling crack and lift a print.
  • Don't iron directly over a print or embroidery; press from the reverse.
  • Embroidery is machine washable and needs no special treatment.

Damage caused by tumble drying a printed garment isn't covered by our returns policy — it's the one thing that reliably ruins a print.

No. Digitising, redraws, screens and setup are all included. The only decoration charge on your order is the per-position price.

Decorated orders typically ship within 3–5 working days of you approving your proof. Approve quickly and your order moves quickly.

Always. Every decorated order gets a digital proof by email showing your logo on the garment, at size, in position, with colours listed. Nothing runs until you approve it.

Tell us what to change and we'll re-issue it. Revisions are unlimited and free — we'd far rather get it right than reprint it.

Yes. Approved artwork is stored on your account, so a repeat order is a couple of clicks and comes out identical to the first batch.

Absolutely. Each basket line carries its own artwork and position, and you can apply one logo across several lines in a single click in the customiser.
