Free returns
Blank workwear can be returned free within 30 days. Personalised items are covered by our quality guarantee if anything is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Undecorated (blank) workwear
- Free UK returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
Personalised workwear
Under Section 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-decorated garments are made to your specification and are non-returnable unless faulty. We'll always send you an artwork proof to approve before anything goes into production.
If your personalised order is faulty, mis-decorated or supplied incorrectly, we'll replace it or refund you in full under our quality guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an order
Email returns@workwearglobal.com or use the contact form with your order number.
We'll email you a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns label as soon as your return is approved.
Pack items with tags and drop at any Royal Mail branch or Post Office — keep the receipt for tracking.
Once inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5 working days.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you're entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we'll repair or replace faulty items free of charge.
