How to size workwear for a whole team without the guesswork
Updated · Workwear Global
Collect each person's chest, waist and height measurements — not just their usual size — and compare them with each garment's own size chart, because sizing varies between brands. Order a small number of spares in the most common sizes for new starters.
A simple four-step process
- Pick the garments first, then share their size charts — every brand cuts differently.
- Ask each wearer for chest/bust, waist and height, plus fit preference (unisex or fitted).
- Use a shared size-collection link rather than spreadsheets so nobody is missed.
- Add 5–10% spares in the two or three most common sizes for new starters and replacements.
Unisex vs fitted
Unisex cuts simplify ordering; ladies' fitted styles are cut narrower at the shoulder and waist. Offering both, where the garment range allows, improves comfort and how often the uniform is actually worn.
Common questions
- Can you collect sizes from my team for me?
- Yes — Workwear Global can send your colleagues a size-request link so each person submits their own size before you order.
